Rental & Cancellation Policy

Cooperstown.com Rental Policy

  • All Diamond Dreams rentals require a 50% deposit be paid on  the day of the booking and you will have 14 days from the day of booking to cancel.  The balance is to be paid 30 days after the booking.
  • There will be a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled within 14 days of the booking.
  • If cancelled after the 14 days there will be no refund unless the rental is re-booked.  There will be a 10% cancellation fee applied to cancellations made after the 14 day period.
  • If booked within 30 days of your arrival, rental must be paid in full. If cancelled, there will be no refund unless the rental is re-booked and there will be a 10% cancellation fee applied.

Please note:

  • The above cancellation policy only applies to Diamond Dreams At Cooperstown rentals! It does not apply to Cooperstown Dreams Park, Cooperstown All Star Village or Cooperstown Baseball Word.

  • There will be a $25.00 processing fee for insufficient funds checks
